🔹 Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in partnering with The Moses Chronicles: Prelude through our affiliate program! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the program, and by signing up, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
To join our affiliate program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Operate a legitimate platform (social media, blog, podcast, community group, etc.)
- Agree to promote in a way that aligns with the spirit of integrity, faith, and truth-telling
We reserve the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at our discretion.
2. Promotional Guidelines
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Share only honest, accurate information about the book
- Use your unique affiliate link provided via your dashboard
- Refrain from using false, misleading, or exaggerated claims
- Never use paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) using our brand name or redirect links
- Respect platforms’ rules and best practices (email, social media, etc.)
You may:
- Share excerpts from the book or our website
- Use approved graphics and pre-written posts
- Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn from purchases”)
3. Commissions & Payments
- Commission rate: 20% per qualified sale
- Cookie duration: 30 days (if someone purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, you earn credit)
- Payouts are processed on the 20th of each month, for the previous month’s qualified commissions
- Minimum payout threshold: $25 USD
- Payments are made via PayPal. You are responsible for providing an accurate, working PayPal email.
Example:
If you earn $27.00 in affiliate commissions during April, your payout will be sent on May 20th. If you only earn $18.00 in April, it will roll over to the next month, and you’ll be paid once your total reaches $25 or more.
Note:
We do not pay commission on:
- Canceled or refunded orders
- Fraudulent activity or traffic violations
4. Termination
We reserve the right to remove any affiliate from the program if:
- There is evidence of dishonest promotion or spam
- You violate these Terms or misrepresent the book
- We decide to close or revise the affiliate program

5. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or issue that may result from your participation in the affiliate program. You participate at your own risk and acknowledge that we make no guarantees of sales, income, or performance.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. You will be notified of major updates via the email on file. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
