If you experience a technical issue or feel that the quality of your digital book does not reflect the standard we promise, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will listen. And if appropriate, we will refund you — no guilt, no barriers.

• Include your name, order number, and a brief note about your concern
• If a refund is approved, we will issue it within 10 working days
• Refunds will be returned to the same payment method used at checkout (PayPal, Stripe, Paystack, etc.)
